How does your company recruit and retain talent? What can we learn from GRUNDFOS' approach? Talent is the theme of the next Odense Robotics CEO Network meeting, which will take place on Thursday 11 May, 2023 at Nature Energy Park in Odense. 

Find out how GRUNDFOS has approached talent attraction and hear their learnings from Mogens Qvist Frandsen, Global Head of Talent Acquisition, GRUNDFOS.

Mogens Qvist Frandsen is an experienced HR Leader who is currently working as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Grundfos. Mogens focuses on Organizational performance and execution based on experience in leadership, talent management, learning and development.

Formerly Mogens has worked as People and Culture HR Business partner at Vestas. Combined with more than 9 years of experience at Grundfos, Mogens has astounding knowledge and experience within HR and Global HR.

The meeting will also share insights from Odense Robotics member companies. There will also be a group work session, where you can discuss your top-of-mind challenges with other CEOs.
