For the first time ever, Destination Fyn Convention Bureau will host a collaborate creation camp, a non-ference on Long Island, Fyn.  No set program, no key-note speakers. You bring the challenges and help others with theirs. We aim to bring european colleagues together for a deep dive - So save the date – and we will see you the 11th-13th of October, 2023 on Long Island, Fyn!

WHAT IS A NON-FERENCE / CO-CREATION CAMP?

We want to bring together delegates from Europe to discuss, collaborate and co-create; to overcome challenges, and inspire each other to think in new solutions. The aim is that delegates return to their offices with new ideas, inspiration and stronger connections that continues after the nonference.

HOW WILL IT WORK?

Don’t take notes, take part. This is the motto of the co-creation camp.

You bring a challenge, and for a few days, you have a new, international team filled with new perspectives and ideas.

This means there will be a shared ownership of the content of the co-creation camp, and everyone signing up for the co-creation camp commits to participating. It is the delegates participating which brings the content of the camp. 

Hopefully, this will be the first of many co-creation camps. 

WHO IS THIS NON-FERENCE FOR?

The co-creation camp is targeted project managers and CEO’s from CVB’s Venues, and PCO’s. Second cities/destinations and smaller capitals, who work with attracting university association congresses.

VENUE OF THE NON-FERENCE

The co-creation camp will be held at Long Island, on the southern islands of Fyn. The venue will be Broløkke Herregård, one of the 123 castles on the islands. The newly-renovated venue has specifically been chosen as it will not be your usual ‘conference venue’. The alternative framework invites to smaller intimate gatherings, where there is time and inviting atmosphere to discuss challenges in depth. 

We will meet up in Odense, and then be transported to Broløkke.

There will be both single rooms available and shared apartments. 

DETAILS

EARLY BIRD UNTIL 15TH OF AUGUST: 4800 dkr / 644 euro

REGULAR FEE: 6000 dkr/ 805 euro

This will cover:

•           Local transport from Odense to Broløkke and back to Odense 
•           Participation in the camp
•           Accommodation for 2 nights
•           Meals at Broløkke for the stays
•           Dinner x 2
•           Further refreshments during the camp
•           All inclusive, as soon as you arrive on Fyn, so to speak

There are limited tickets available, due to the nature of the camp. Reservations will be first-come-first-served principle, so don’t wait too long signing up.
