Many companies struggle to recruit the competencies they need. One solution for many companies is substitution, yet it’s often overlooked. What is substitution, and how can you get started?  

Substitution is a term used in the workplace to describe when a company appoints a person to a task with a different background than originally planned. This can deliver a range of benefits to companies that struggle to recruit the competencies they need.  

About the network

Odense Robotics’ HR Network is open to employees from across Denmark at paying members organisations of Odense Robotics whose responsibilities spans HR. Meetings are facilitated by Randi Mørk Lildballe from work-live-stay. Meetings are held in English if there are non-Danish speaking participants.
