Secure one of the physical tickets, giving you the chance to be at the conference, gather new knowledge close to the action, ask questions to the presenters and also network in person during the event.

A broadcast of the Robot Innovation Summit will also be available. A flexible option to join the Robot Innovation Summit during the day but also a chance to be part of the discussion, by asking written questions during the event.

No-show-fee
Please note that paying members who sign up for the physical conference for free, and do not attend, will recieve a "No-show-fee-bill" of 625 DKK incl. VAT.

Return policy
Physical Conference tickets for general members can be refunded, however such a request needs to be communicated to Odense Robotics no later than 21 of November 2024.

GDPR: Photo and video of the event 

Photos will be taken during the event and by signing up, you agree to feature in these. If you don’t wish to feature in images of the event, contact Odense Robotics on the day of the event. The images can later be used to promote future network meetings. 

When signing up to the event, please note that the event will be streamed live, as well as recorded and later shared via Odense Robotics channels.
